John has just returned from the big trip. Orange to Broome via the Tanami Track and back. Over 4000 km of corrugations plus around 10,000 on the bitumen, John was full of praise for how the camper performed. he called back in to have a couple of damaged items replaced. The camper showed very little sign of wear with everything doing the job well!!
F250 Tray Top Camper
Rod had this tray custom built with extra storage boxes, extra battery, and extra water tank . A reverse camera was mounted under the rear of the tray. The 850SC with unique base cut to suit the custom tray is a snug fit , ensuring that this camper wont move when they tackle the Canning Stock Route next year.
CHEV 3500 WITH 850SC POPTOP
Pam and Gill searched high and low for the right truck to fit their 850SC camper to. The Chev is a 4WD 3500 with a huge carrying capacity. It looks great with the 850SC. The 850 has inside shower and toilet with the extended cabover and electric jacks. I am sure they will have a great time touring OZ in this rig.
NEW LAREDO ON F250 EXTRA CAB
Rob and Bev made the big trip down from Broome to purchase and have their new Laredo Camper fitted. We were really impressed with the distance travelled. This photo was taken about 6pm when the camper was finished and ready to go. The trip home is via Queensland and the top end, so this should make a great round trip as well as really putting the camper to the test.
MC600 with extended cabover
Peter has fitted the MC600 camper to a dual cab hilux. This camper is different from our other MC600 campers as this is the first 600 fitted with the optional extended cabover. This camper has an incredibly roomy sleeping area running the full length of the cab.
